So what is the process for getting a loan from Gemino?

Step 1: Your relationship is initiated with a Gemino Director.

·         Face-to-face meeting

·         Proposal is issued

·         Proposal is signed

Step 2: On-site due diligence is performed to confirm the credit worthiness of the borrower.

Step 3: Underwriting of the loan

·         Determine structure of the loan

·         Review and approve

·         Closing and funding

Step 4: Relationship Management and daily operations are initiated.
