Gemino Healthcare Finance provides $7.5 million to Alden Healthcare and Senior Living
Gemino Healthcare Finance has provided funds for Alden Healthcare and Senior living totaling $7.5 million.
Based in Chicago, Alden is a provider of therapy services, durable medical equipment, pharmaceutical and medical supplies to the residents of their 29 skilled nursing facilities, four residential units for developmentally disabled adults and a pediatric facility. Alden used some of the proceeds to support the working capital needs of their Alma Nelson Manor, and used a $3.5 million term loan for the acquisition of a pediatric long term care facility, now named Alden Village North.
