Tom is a co-founder of Gemino. As COO he is responsible for developing the company’s credit policy, managing the loan approval process and portfolio clients, and overseeing back office operations and financial administration.Prior to Gemino, Tom was the Senior Credit Officer of HBCC for 8 years through the sale of the company in 2005. During that time he managed a team that closed over $1.0 billion of healthcare loan commitments. He also spent a total of 13 years in corporate banking with several different institutions where he received his credit training and worked in a variety of middle market, asset based and loan workout roles.
Tom is a graduate of Drexel University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Engineering. He resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and four sons.
