Mark’s responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, planning and analysis at Gemino Healthcare Finance as well as the company’s technology development, audit and human resource functions. During the previous nine years, he served as Vice President, Finance, for CIT Healthcare and Controller for Healthcare Business Credit Corporation.
While at HBCC, he assisted in managing the due diligence process prior to the sale of HBCC to CIT in 2005. He subsequently assisted in the successful integration of HBCC’s reporting and operational systems into CIT’s. Mark graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
